Perhaps your agents need to explain the process to her, because they don't have right to access until payment has cleared and the lawyer has released the key.

@SweeperClay @MxDEJ @actparty I see your argument but I had a job and paid tax at 11 years old. A portion of my wages were 'removed' as you say. 16 year olds frequently pay tax in multiple ways. And all of them have 'skin in the game' as these decisions impact them too.
