Reese Pattison of Eudora high school (4A) has had a standout senior year behind the plate. Pattison has caught and called every pitch this year as she has helped lead Eudora to a 23-1 regular season. Her pitcher, Samantha Claire, is a name we have mentioned multiple times as a standout for Eudora, reached the single season strikeout record this season with Pattison behind the plate. She has only allowed 5 stolen bases on the entire season so far and has 0 passed balls. Pattison also is a standout in the batter’s box, batting .500 on her senior season with 15 doubles and 4 homers on the year. She has 22 RBI and only 3 strikeouts. Pattison is a 3x SIK All-State Catcher and led Eudora to a 3rd place finish at 4A State last spring. Eudora looks very strong heading into the postseason in a loaded 4A class where multiple teams have a shot at the title this year. They matchup against Parsons tomorrow in round one of their home regional. #sportsinkansas

Man, these girls grinded through some tough innings of softball this week. 2 more wins vs Topeka and Silver Lake move us to 11-0 on the season. A lot of grit and determination to find ways to win.
