In the High Peak we are solely relying on your support to fund our campaign. This election needs to be a #ClimateElection. We want to show you that we have your future at heart. #Brexit will work out one way or another, but our climate won't. THANK YOU.

@robertlargan@GlossopRT I'm dissapointed that you didn't join me for the "foiled" protest. Maybe you can support a reduction/removal of the fire for next years events. I think youll agree that the release of 10.8tonnes of unnecessary C02 isn't justifiable. Especially during the COP26 talks
Today I did my bit for #climatejustice attempting to stop the manor-park bonfire, which has now sadly released over 10.8 tonnes of C02 after burning 300+pallets. Sadly, untrained staff made the peaceful protest dangerous, with stewards choking me to get me to move. #ClimateAction
@Norton@NortonSupport Dear norton you have taken ยฃ79 from my account without permission. That is my food budget for the rest of the month and im not working due to the coronavirus. Apparently I can't call you for a refund!
ยฃ120m for a festival celebrating something half the country didnโt agree too, meanwhile the NHS is crumbling and 4.1 million children in the UK live in poverty. Great. ๐๐ผ https://t.co/w77G2P5t3E

Working in #wastemanagement gives christmas a different meaning. What we are doing as a species is unacceptable and unsustainable. Mountains of wrapping paper, plastic, and food waste, all going to #landfill or the incinerator. it is #Shameful

What I want from new Labour leader is support for proportional representation, says @CarolineLucas.
That's how we get a truly representative parliament, not large majority for PM who didn't win popular vote.

@North53_23 Also, Nuclear energy supplies around 10% of our power globally, at that rate of useage we have 230 years worth of fuel, so for perspective if we relied solely on nuclear power we would have 23 years worth. I would argue that it is not a long-term solution but a long term problem.
@North53_23 What are you planning on doing with the radioactive waste? Also I dont think powering domestic appliances is a good use of our rare earth elements. We need to consider future generations not just our own.
