The forecast keeps bouncing between bad and worse so we have unfortunately made the decision to cancel this event.
The lending library is STILL launching.
Masks and tests are still available for free.
I hope we can get together soon.
Please join us on June 7th to celebrate clean air day and the launch of our air filter lending library.
Masks are (super) strongly recommended and provided.

Recently, the mask project received an extremely generous donation that included the tools that will enable us to finally start our lending library.
We will be starting with CR boxes, and hopefully maybe some day add CO2 monitors as well.
Stay tuned!
We sought to find out why NB redefined covid deaths and how that change impacted reporting. The response is frightening.
They changed the definition based on vibes, resulting in 2 of every 3 covid-caused deaths not being reported.

Do we have any peeps in Moncton that can take pictures of the buildings lighting up tonight please? If so, can you please PM me? @PoPNB_kindness@nb_covid_info

@CovidDataReport I am only a month post infection 2. My symptoms were worse the first time in both the acute and (so far) in the recovery period. Infection 1 and 2 were like completely different viruses in terms of symptoms for me as well.
How did it all work out? Well, in 2024-2025 we still have schools with ILI outbreaks; kids being airlifted to IWK for weeks at a time for respiratory infections; schools changing their policies due to frequent absences - doesn’t seem great to me. GNB keeps choosing to hurt kids.
“Hurting your kids is a choice.” Yup. Did you know that as far back as even 2020/2021 there HAD been a school air quality team at GNB in response to the pandemic? So why are kids still breathing in pathogens at NB schools? Hurting our kids is a GNB choice. #nbpoli
Still at it, and still awesome - Happy Anniversary!
Please give if you can. As important, RT and QT their posts far and wide to reach as many people as possible.
By now you’ve probably heard
(by now you’ve probably seen)
that supermarkets
are running out of eggs,
and while you may not know
which came first
the chicken or the egg
by now you should know
that H5N1 killing
millions of chickens
came first
and so now we
are running out of eggs.
Solidarity with all the amazing clean air advocates and activists stepping up like we always do. It’s an unjust reality that you are often maligned and ignored when it comes to preparedness and then you’re always there for people when they inevitably need our help. But you help✊🏼
I noticed that many articles about David Lynch's death claim he said in 2024 that he was homebound these last few years due in part to to FEARS about contracting COVID. You won't find the word fear in quotes because he didn't say that. He said this:
