To make a difference in someone’s cancer journey is an absolute blessing. To brighten someone’s day when they receive a treatment, in hopes to cure their cancer or alleviate their pain, it’s amazing. It’s more amazing to see what radiation can do to cancer.

Some weeks are harder than others, but I wouldn’t change being an oncology nurse for anything in the world. I search our facility online and I find a multitude of people who have been blessed to be cancer free for many years and I’m reminded why I do what I do ❤️
