Brasswind

I play clarinet, trombone, and baritone, hence the name. Trombone section leader for a Big Ten band. Madison Scouts '17

[Brasswind @half_brassed]

I know I don't really exist anymore, and I don't know if bannon still exists either, but I'm a Madison Scout now

[Brasswind @half_brassed]

@JustABandie Lol I got real into it my senior year of high school, not that I was really big or anything. Now I’m too old for band

[Brasswind @half_brassed]

Banon a thing still? Just realized I still had this account

[Brasswind @half_brassed]

@JustABandie Hahaha that’s about what I expected

[Brasswind @half_brassed]

Just don't give up people. If one corps doesn't work out, try another

[Brasswind @half_brassed]

Just goes to show that when one door closes another really does open. I got cut from the Academy before getting contracted with the Scouts

[Brasswind @half_brassed]

Just wanted to throw that out there because I'm so damn excited

[Brasswind @half_brassed]

They cut like 7 or 8 baritones at camp and a few of us still on callback for maybe 3 spots. Just gotta bust my ass and earn my spot

[Brasswind @half_brassed]

So I'm almost a Scout but not quite...

[Brasswind @half_brassed]

So quick update on my life. I'm driving to Indianapolis today to go to a Scouts callback. Nervous as hell

[Brasswind @half_brassed]

I still have a few days until I find out if I got a callback...

[Brasswind @half_brassed]

I don't really exist much anymore and neither does he but my good friend @TheEuphonist got a callback with Bloo
