@nathancoxey Why not, in biblical times I get it, food born illnesses and parasites in swine were rampant, but in the modern word, we can safely consume whole muscle cuts of medium/medium well pork safely as we can beef.

The only caveat is ground meat, of any kind MUST BE cooked thoroughly.

I don't attend church, and have never felt the need to, BUT I never stopped my kids from attending if the wanted to.

All 3 of them are married home owning adults in their 20s, and they are all great people.

No I was doing it for $5 an hour, and on some of the deliveries I couldn't get the truck and trailer close enough, and had to carry 10 tons of 100# bags 30+ yards to where they were stacked.
It made baling hay seem like fun by comparison.
