Tribal conflicts have been in Somalia for years, which hinder any form of state structure and development, so tribalism cannot function as a form of government.
Such a form of governance requires a high degree of diplomacy and willingness to compromise in order to resolve the conflicts of interest between the tribes.
Hassan Sheikh creates internal conflicts, takes advantage of this conflict politically for himself and stires up new conflicts between tribes, so he distracts his machinations and throws the country back for decades.

This is Jubaland/Gedo, another part of #Somalia that is blessed. Year after year, NGOs and so-called humanitarian organizations issue warnings of poverty. However, the reality is that Somalia is a blessed country where people are technically brainwashed, and they cannot resist the influence of NGOs. It is the only country in the world where an NGO can arrive at your farm and ask you to leave, often offering a voucher in exchange for abandoning your farming. This is the harsh reality in Somalia. There is no government that truly wants to tackle poverty; they do not encourage people to stand up and work, uplift their morals, or engage in farming. All what the failed government in Somalia does is to steal, loot, and massive corruption of public lands
