Sometimes, blocking isn't fear. What's strange to me is being bold enough to monitor me from multiple accounts and across multiple platforms, but not bold enough to sit across from me and have a civilized one-on-one conversation. If you need other people to speak for you in real life but need multiple accounts to watch me online, I'm not the one avoiding you. I simply stopped or limit giving you access to me.
