✅ Scholarships and University loans increased by almost 10 billion from previous 5.2 B and Universities that have been facing funds deficit got additional amount from 48 B to 80 B to enable smooth operation in Universities .

President William Ruto had two options to make when he took over Power, to continue borrowing and please Kenyans "kwa Muda", or manage our debt, which is a tough decision, but results will be good for the Country. We all know that overborrowing will bring more pain in our economy, and the most important thing to do now is to manage the debt we have, and that is the painful route our President has taken. If we manage our debt, the economy will grow.
