However, these politicians have new Naira notes delivered to their homes by the banks; and can purchase new Naira across the counter whenever they desire.

@AyoOyalowo @egbas A hard deadline very close to elections with limited cash supply makes the vote buying easy. Most politicians already have their cash and the electorates are desperate for money. Instead of selling their votes for 10k even 1k will now be accepted.
