Joseph Stalin left behind a legacy of terror, famine, and mass murder. He was one of the greatest criminals in world history. For nearly a quarter of a century, he ruled the totalitarian Soviet state with absolute power. According to the findings of Stéphane Courtois in the ‘Black Book of Communism’, Stalinist communist terror claimed the lives of approximately 20 million people (of which 11 million died due to famine, mainly in Ukraine) and an undetermined number of victims of deportations, exile, and forced labour in the gulags.
He died #OTD in 1953.
Holy cow!
Elon Musk’s Grok AI literally thinks Trump is a Russia asset.
“I estimate a 75-85% likelihood Trump is a Putin-compromised asset, leaning toward the higher end due to the consistency of his behavior and the depth of historical ties.” — Grok

There is an aggressor: Russia.
There is a victim: Ukraine.
We were right to help Ukraine and sanction Russia three years ago—and to keep doing so.
By “we,” I mean the Americans, the Europeans, the Canadians, the Japanese, and many others.
Thank you to all who have helped and continue to do so. And respect to those who have been fighting since the beginning—because they are fighting for their dignity, their independence, their children, and the security of Europe.
Having watched that today, I can only say one thing:
Let’s all get behind @ZelenskyyUa 💯 ✊🏻
People whose countries haven’t recently experienced the trauma of invasion should not bully nor lecture those who have.
Slava Ukraini! 🇺🇦
Your dignity honors the bravery of the Ukrainian people.
Be strong, be brave, be fearless.
You are never alone, dear President @ZelenskyyUa.
We will continue working with you for a just and lasting peace.
