@timdoke @Alan_Couzens Coros Watch says 56, but I’d always wanted to do a test to see. Started at 10k per hour, a minute at each speed and increase by 1. Got up to 19k per hour and called it towards the end of that rep. She did say the best way to improve score was weight.

@JohnnyBrottom9 @Alan_Couzens @JacobsMovement Yeah they did say that. I was very upset at the result. Height 5ft 8 and weight 81kg so on the heavier side. I couldn’t believe the result 🤣 Coros says 56, but as we know they can’t really predict VO2 max accurately.
