One of the marquee days for our Sunday friendly XI as they today take the trip to Chatsworth House to entertain the Duke & Duchess of Devonshire on their own lawn.

Despite being rained off yesterday, other results meant that the 1st XI secured promotion back to thhe @ycsplcricket Premier League at the first time of asking!

Another very successful weekend for the club with some more excellent performances. The 1s and 2s continue their promotion pushes and the 4s managed victory without even turning up.

A cracking weekend for the club got us very close to the first Chairman’s Round in recent memory. Some outstanding performances throughout but special mentions to Alex Davis for his match-winning ton for the 1s, and to Naren Manohar on his 7fer for the 4s.
