On this date 24 years ago, former @AlabamaMBB standout Robert Horry reminded the world why “Big Shot” Bob is one of the most clutch performers in NBA history.

With 2.1 seconds remaining, @RKHorry buried a corner three to lift the Los Angeles Lakers to a 92-91 win over the Portland Trail Blazers on April 28, 2002.

The shot capped a three-game sweep in the opening round of the Western Conference playoffs, as Los Angeles continued its march toward a third straight NBA title.

Horry finished the night with eight points, five rebounds, and four assists in 32 minutes—adding yet another iconic moment to his postseason legacy.
