@SylviaLazos @TiffanyNews3LV @NVSupt @sbilbray @SteveYeagerNV I quit in may making 50k after 7 yrs. If I were hired on this new scale Id be at 93k (M.Ed + PhD coursework). If I were rehired with their 3 yr policy I’d be at 55.

@SylviaLazos When I was read by 3 (I quit teaching in May) I spent 75% of my time doing duty or subbing for other teachers. *allegedly* the district told admins to use us as needed and not as RBG3next yr bc of shortages. So I left.
