12 months ago today we tragically lost the Master, #stevewright.
Thinking of you today @justineclaire75 and all friends of the great man on here. Radio hasn’t been the same since and never will be. How we miss him.

This house used to be full of laughter, warmth and fun every afternoon from 2-5pm and the same on Sundays mornings. Now, there’s just nothing. An empty space. Never has the loss of anyone on TV or Radio had such an impact. RIP #stevewright we miss ya fella.

Of course I still listen, but I think what time reinforces is that The Master was so special, so brilliant, that he will never be replaced. So desperately sad to have lost him so early, I miss my radio hero every single day 😢

@justineclaire75 @BBCRadio2 Still missed desperately. They say time heals, but in the case of #stevewright, there will never be anyone quite like him. Quite simply a radio genius. Clever, funny, ultra professional and consistently brilliant. He was then, is now and always will be The Master.
