I had passport appointment scheduled for May 2nd in Bengaluru RPO. I had booked this appointments on April 7th. Now, 1 day prior to the appointment, I received the text saying that appointment is suspended due to technical issue.

@Airtel_Presence Despite following your advice and replacing the SIM, VoLTE is still not working. Every time someone calls, the network drops to 2G, and many times the caller gets a "switched off" message.The issue persists, & ur CC has been unable to resolve this basic problem.
