Some days you can barely get off the couch & life is crazy, but those are the days that build you!
Discipline doesn’t care about your mood, your schedule, it doesn’t care about how tired you are.
It only cares that you showed up.
So, whatever you’re feeling today, do it.
Most days, I don't want to workout, and you probably don’t either.
The majority of the week (5/7 days) I’m tired, sore, and unmotivated BUT I still show up because working out when I feel like it won’t ever give me results.
Not that I don’t know what to do, it’s that I don’t do what I know.
For me, I’m talking about liking back my hair, putting on a nice outfit, and giving myself a spa day once in a while!
I work too hard in the gym and in life not to dress and look the part!
ATTN Los Angeles!
If you will be in town on Sunday, you have to attend the Coachella of Fitness:
I’ll be coaching the TAYWAY (the 16 minute shared sweat method for high performers).

the truth is, losing fat without losing muscle isn’t about a secret hack, it’s about following the right training and nutrition plan long enough to let it work!!
comment LEAN, or DM me if you want the exact tools I used with this client to lose 7 lbs in 1 week.
we allll want abs by Friday.
but when someone says, “Track your protein, lift weights, and be consistent for a few months,” suddenly that’s too boring. 😂 (this was me last year BEFORE I actually locked in and decided to follow my own advice)
For me it was waking up this morning and getting a HYROX workout in when my body felt so sore, I didn’t get enough sleep last night, etc.
There’s always 1 million excuses, but there’s only one way to accomplish your goals.
Be consistent with the disciplined decisions .
Since then, life has been a mix of basketball, two ACL tears, building a fitness business, and helping people stay healthy without letting fitness take over their lives.
What is everyone building these days?
