@HairMtlMessiah This album meant so much to me. When I saw Man in the Box vid, I called the local store to reserve me a copy. Harder to sing that most think. When album arrived & I heard songs like Bleed the Freak I felt like the album was exactly what I wanted to hear & play, Sabbath w/screams.

@mint_spinach @kejca Outside of an electric drill & shop vac, all hammers, nails, dry mix mortar, tile, grout, paint etc. Would survive either way. I’d definitely trade the advantages of today for my childhood tech in 1970s & 1980s and feel confident I could be happy in even simpler times or as Amish

@mint_spinach @kejca Everyone is different, all perspective. Clearly washing machines are nice but I have neighbors who don’t mow grass, have house cleaners, self driving cars & dream of robot maids. I have zero interest in that. Currently remodeling my own basement, do my yardwork, drive myself.

@Worker0wned @kejca True. While I prefer some forms of labor, as an attorney & musician now that isn’t much of a worry but who knows what I would have done then. Cattle Rustler, professor, farmer, hard to say. No time is easy but even in the 90s I remember when I wasn’t at home/work, feeling free.
