Just ran over a pothole. Driving the model 3 performance is very costly. It’s probably on 4th set of tires in 5 years. Now a blowout tire over a pothole. Toronto roads are not the greatest. But This is just to much stress. Love the Car but the tire selection 20’s for the weight of the car is not good at all.

1. Nvidia & AMD (The "Smart" Bakers)

How they work: They are famous chefs, but they don't own an oven. They write down amazing recipes (Chip Designs) and pay a massive professional factory called TSMC to bake them.

Their "Sold Out" Problem: Their cookies are so delicious that the whole town wants them. TSMC’s ovens are running 24/7, but they can’t bake fast enough to feed everyone.
Verdict: This is a Good Problem. It means they are popular and can raise prices.

2. Intel (The "Do-It-All" Baker)

How they work: Intel tries to be the Chef AND own the ovens. They want to design the cookies and bake them in their own kitchen.

The Disaster: Intel decided to renovate their kitchen. They tore out their old ovens to build fancy new futuristic ones (called "18A").

The Mistake: They threw away the old ovens before the new ones were working properly!

Their "Sold Out" Problem: Customers are lining up for cookies, but Intel has to say, "Sorry, my kitchen is under construction, and I forgot to bake enough leftovers to last through the renovation."

Verdict: This is a Bad Problem. It’s not because they are too popular; it’s because they messed up their own kitchen

Intel spends $25 Billion a year building factories specifically so they never have to say "sorry, we are out of stock." They control their own destiny.

Analyst- Stacy Rasgon (Bernstein) saying: "You spent billions to build the kitchen, and you are telling me you ran out of bread ? That is impossible unless you are incompetent.
