Credit to both the Knicks and Spurs for making this a fun NBA Finals to watch and the most I’ve enjoyed NBA basketball in a long time! They both play great team ball and defense.
The Spurs playoff inexperience reared its ugly head yet again! They made a big jump this year though and have a bright future ahead of them! This was a learning experience for the young core!
Amazing run for the Knicks! Breaking a 53 year title drought and winning as major underdogs! Mike Brown has a lot to be proud of doing this as their head coach and Jalen Brunson has a lot to be proud of for upping his game even more and punching his ticket to the Hall of Fame!
Wow Aldon Smith died? That’s shocking, his prime years with the 49ers were Hall of Fame level though and he truly could’ve had a Hall of Fame career. The 49ers defenses with Jim Harbaugh were what they were largely because of him.
🚨BREAKING: The Green Bay #Packers are one of the FAVORITES to acquire #49ers star wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk.
There is a 22.4% chance that Aiyuk ends up with GB, per Polymarket.
Aiyuk is 28 and a former All-Pro.
Just imagine Aiyuk in Matt LaFleur’s offense with Jordan Love.
De’Aaron Fox not running the clock out or forcing a foul was terrible but the Spurs still win the game if they don’t let a tip in happen! Boxing out is basketball 101 that even an 8 year old learns.
The coaching experience difference between the Spurs and Knicks is also vastly different and quite hilarious. Mitch Johnson is a first year head coach and got outcoached by Mike Brown who is a veteran but had a reputation for not being a championship coach.
The Knicks have established veterans with playoff experience on their team. The Spurs have a very young team that had no playoff experience until this year. The difference in experience has been very visible this whole series.
@TzviLovesSports Even then it was our first taste of Kyle Shanahan being allergic to basic clock management. De’Aaron Fox not running down the clock was a lot like the Falcons not running the ball with a big lead.
If this were the Spurs with Tim Duncan/Manu Ginobili/Tony Parker I’d have been stoked to see this happen since they were big rivals with the Lakers! I feel absolutely gutted for this Spurs team though. They’re young, likable and had a great season but that was an epic collapse.
