Roy Cohn taught Trump that people are useful until they aren't anymore.
Those that have hitched their wagon to him - folks like Marco Rubio, Pam Bondi'Tulsi Gabbard - should take heed.
"They."
Donald is a lot better at that than you are, which says a lot about both of you.
Thankfully, Mayor Bass and Nithya Raman square off in November thanks to the results of the June 2nd, primary - which was both free and fair and exceeded in freeness and fairness only by the 2020 election.
So we Angelino's won't have to look at your ugly mug and your logo - which is a total rip-off of the Lakers lettering - nor will we have to hear your whiny, nasally, reality TV star voice.
As Green Day sang, "good riddance."
Trump on 60 Minutes yesterday was like a psychological clinic in "consciousness of guilt." His demeanor, defensiveness, and denials were all consistent with it. Consciousness of guilt must be impossible to contain when your secrets and lies are being poked at, while you're surrounded by declining popularity, tanking polls, unbridled cravings, war, economic malaise, a desperation to reverse aging, and an overarching need to feign grandiosity while you think you still can.
BREAKING: Person who won more than $400,000 by betting on Maduro's removal has been identified as a U.S. soldier who participated in the operation.

BREAKING: A beer was thrown at President Trump during a press conference this afternoon in Washington. Trump was unharmed. Since the beer was a draft,... he was able to dodge it.

🚨HUGE: Sen. Jeff Merkley says former military members are now speaking out about the danger Trump poses:
“I was serving for my country to defend our freedoms. I'm not gonna let them be undone by this authoritarian.”
This is devastating for Trump.

🚨BOOM: Senator Jeff Merkley EVISCERATES coward Republicans - tells them to get the hell out if they’re going to sit back while Trump burns this country down:
“The Republicans are hiding… If you can't stand up for the values you're sworn to protect, then resign and get the hell out.”
Let that sink in.
And then he buried them.
“They are supporting this strongman destruction of our Constitution… they are hiding from the American people.”
Translation: they know exactly what’s happening - and they’re choosing fear and loyalty to one man over their oath.
And here’s the kicker.
Merkley says it would only take four or five Republicans to break ranks - and everything changes.
But they won’t.
Because they’re cowards - and they should lose their jobs.
Every. Single. One.
Good lord, how did a room full of adults let trump get away with saying "You can ask me about sex," AND NOT ONE PERSON BROUGHT UP THE EPSTEIN FILES?
JFC.
MESSAGE
I wholeheartedly endorse the powerful appeal for peace made by the Holy Father, Pope Leo, during his Palm Sunday Mass. His call for the laying down of arms and the renunciation of violence resonated profoundly with me, as it speaks to the very essence of what all major religions teach.
Indeed, whether we look to Christianity, Buddhism, Islam, Hinduism, Judaism or any of the world's great spiritual traditions, the message is fundamentally the same: love, compassion, tolerance, and self-discipline. Violence finds no true home in any of these teachings. History has shown us time and again that violence only begets more violence and is never a lasting foundation for peace.
An enduring resolution to conflict, including the ones we see in the Middle East or between Russia and Ukraine, must be rooted in dialogue, diplomacy and mutual respect — approached with the understanding that, at the deepest level, we are all brothers and sisters.
I urge for and pray that the violence and conflicts may soon come to an end.
