Our Runcorn Shopping City branch is open until 12.30pm today (Fri) whilst our Widnes branch is open until 3.30pm this afternoon. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope to be back to business as usual as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
TECHNICAL ISSUES π
So sorry to announce that we are experiencing problems with online share withdrawals. Rest assured we are working hard to resolve the issue ASAP but in the meantime it might be wise for you to do any share withdrawals in-branch. (1/2)
PLEASE NOTE:
All locations will be closed on Good Friday (2nd April) and
Easter Monday (5th April)
This will mean a delay on the processing of all Share Withdrawals and Loan Applications
Thanks
We will post on here on the day it comes in to let you know when it is. On that day, please be nice to us, it's going to be a pain for us all.
Thanks, HCU.
Child benefit is moving from DWP to HMRC over the coming weeks, some time from the 22nd Feb to the 8th March is the start date, we won't know until it happens. When it does, all references will change, so there will likely be some delay processing the payments. 1/2
REMINDER: Online Share Withdrawals will close at 2:30pm today (22nd December) and will remain closed until 4th January 2021
Have a wonderful Christmas, everyoneπ
