@escxksn 1. It’s not a bop. It’s “every time we touch”.
2. Felicia did wrong to say those things about Israel after she won- - that’s karma.
3. I think she will qualify - I actually like the song, but if she won’t - that’s justice.

It’s not Israel’s fault that Europe is collapsing from within. the most explosive EBU meeting in its history nearly became the beginning of the end of the Eurovision era. Dozens of countries spent hours debating Israel’s participation while almost tearing the org apart

The four withdrawing countries are a symptom of a continent unable to contain itself and on the verge of implosion. If this really is the last Eurovision, let us at least see Israel win in Vienna. New day will rise. Life will go on… But we will stay, even if you say goodbye.

Israel now needs to start thinking broader and bigger. What exploded at the conference has nothing to do with us. It is Europe’s internal failure. the EBU now stands exposed as an organization that failed to cope with the pressures inside its own continent.

Not because of Israel, but because of the deepest political crisis the contest has known since it was founded, far worse than the turbulent 1990’s after the breakup of Yugoslavia. Now the big question is not who will host Eurovision 2027, but whether there will even be one.
