@shanerostad We did this to gauge WOM and to see how people’s replies matched attribution (or didn’t). Also to see how many new customers saw us first OOH. Super helpful.

@TaylorHoliday Not that I’ve seen. I think @Pinboard did a reverse version of this where the price of the service gradually increased with the number of customers.
