1/2 Got a letter from #Verizon saying my number was ported Jan 30 and inviting me to “restart service.”

Problem: it was ported Jan 11–12. That was already acknowledged.

Account closed. $0 balance confirmed in writing.

Nothing changed with #Verizon or @VerizonSupport until regulators got involved in the final bill support. Then—MAGIC—my balance dropped to $0.00 with a mysterious “inconvenience credit.”
Maybe I should still demand the "correction credit" too - yall knew what you did!

• Ignored a price-lock guarantee
• Refused to correct obvious billing errors
• Claimed to contact me for months (they didn’t)
• Tried to invent new policies after the fact
• Misrepresented facts in an FCC response

After months of fighting @VerizonSupport over bogus billing, it’s finally over.
One phone line. Nearly $200/month. A “final bill” of $987, extra charges that didn't belong per even Executive Relations..
Guess what fixed it? Certified mail to the FCC, Alabama AG, and FTC.

Saw a post about "a rumor" that Dean Odle isn't a Republican... But they trash the GOP in the same post/thread. Dean lied too many times for me to believe him.

However, to @WesAllenAlabama and other candidates:

@WesAllenAlabama That goal resonates with me. I'm the dude that was sitting in the back at the Hoover Library event. I've spent a lot of time doing speaking engagements in citizen cybersecurity. Most security breaches are not sophisticated. It's a matter of teaching healthy skepticism.
