Indian Cricket Team won two world cups one in 1983 and in 2011, both under Congress Governments. We didn't select the team, the selection committee consisting of world class players did. We never branded it as our governments' victory, but the team's and people of India's!

Three world cups happened during Modi era and we couldn't win any. The third one happened at 'Narendra Modi Stadium', with a team handpicked by the greatest cricketer 'Jay Shah'. Modi went to 'console' the team and he was dissed. This is the history that matters. Everything else is fiction.

BJP tried to mix Cricket and Politics and insulted the game, India's cricketing history and our players. The whole tournament was compared with 1936 Berlin Olympics. The less said about it the better.
