On this Thursday (the 6th) at 7EST I’m hosting a giant (free) MASTERCLASS on how to never struggle losing weight ever again 👊.
Zoom is making me cap how many people are there so save your spot & clear your calendar ASAP.
Just head to the link in my bio now.
You have something deeper that’s going on under the surface that’s causing you to struggle & gain weight.
It’s almost like your internal autopilot is set to always struggle. ✈️❌
But I’ll show you exactly how to fix that.
“The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure that you seek.”
Avoiding your favorite foods is making your relationship with them worse.
Avoiding rest days is making the fear of taking them worse.
Avoiding going to the gym is making gym anxiety & that relationship worse.
4 things I’M trying to work more on in all areas of my life…
[in no particular order]
• Enjoying the process
• Being where my feet are & fully present
• Letting go of attachment to outcomes
• Holding space for all emotions
It’s one thing for me to teach you this but it’s another where the person going through it gives you all the tactics from their perspective.
The full episode is in my profile or on my podcast Dieting From The Inside Out everywhere (Apple, Spotify, YouTube, Google, etc).
I want to give you a real life perspective on how to fix this from someone who just did it firsthand.
In this weeks podcast episode my guest & our client Alishia walks you through exactly how she ended DECADES of struggle in a matter of months.
But how you can too.
Bonus #5: ❌ Labeling foods as good, bad, healthy, unhealthy, clean, or cheat
These labels change the meaning in your head.
The meanings hurt the relationship you have with food.
The worse your relationship with food is the worse you’ll binge.
❌ Calling yourself as binger
Binge ate/eating is a verb.
Binger is a noun.
Just because you struggle doesn’t mean it’s who you are.
The more you call yourself & identify as a “binger” the more it’ll keep happening.
