We should be:
- Gathering business objectives
- Gathering the problems in the way of those objectives
- Defining the requirements that solve the problems of those objectives

I think a more suitable term for 'gathering requirements' is...

As a #Dynamics365 or #PowerPlatform consultant...

We are told to "gather requirements".

Which used to mean...

Ask the client "what do you want the software to do?"

But the client doesn't really know what the software should do...

- Technology change is moving too fast
- They don't know what the tech can do
- They can't tell you what the requirements are

We shouldn't be 'gathering requirements'
