Double hit Saturday! Yesterday we hit the Royal Agricultural Beagles and packed them in before hitting the Royal Artillery Hunt…full hit report here https://t.co/Jd3x5VFb0q
Cattistock huntsman hides his face as the hunt caused havoc on the A356 today. Hounds chased a fox backwards and forwards over the busy road and the hunt tried to blame the monitor! Photo by Wildlife Warrior
This is too much. When will the authorities stop supporting this illegal, abusive, damaging and terrifying behaviour? It is indefensible to support trail hunting or as a fox hunting guise - the damage is monstrous. Hounds out of control- bloodthirsty people out of control ENOUGH!
After not finding the Grove and Rufford Hunt we went down to the Belvior Hunt in Leicestershire today. The hunt had already killed by the time we got there but we made sure there were no more kills #huntsabs
I'm sure @1GarethWynJones can show me where I was so "nasty"....seems it's rather the other way round as normal #boywhocriedwolf . Bringing in the reinforcements . Why make a point when you can make it personal Gareth 🤔
I think this is a very good idea: national papers to get the hunting issue the coverage it deserves; local rags to get beyond witless Boxing Day puffs; both so reporters stop writing about trail hunting as though it’s a thing that exists.
I want to say there's actually been an improvement in local reporting on hunts in our local papers. News of Hanky's trial seems to have got through. But I would definitely encourage you knowledgeable folk to put the record straight in the comments section of online reports.
