Dear @PTCLOfficial, what is up with your staff unilaterally deciding an issue doesn't exist if the customer misses a call? I missed a couple of calls on a Sunday morning and magically my internet problem is marked "resolved"? It is still disconnecting frequently.

@n0tAmad Great initiative! But a quick operational question: will you offer a formal investigation & resolution process for both parties? Allowing users to verify claims & businesses to challenge fake flags protects everyone. Otherwise, how is it different from Truecaller or Trustpilot?

I’m exhausted from having to explain the same issue to a new person every day.
Your WiFi 5 routers are heavily underpowered and overheat a lot. Even my 5-year-old laptop and phone have at least WiFi 6, if not Wifi 7.
Please allow me to test and use my own router.

I have been a 100Mbps customer for 2+ yrs. My 2.4GHz band consistently has given me 80-90Mbps (I have speedtest history).
Now for many days, the 2.4GHz is stuck at max 50Mbps, keeps dropping, with very high latency on both download and upload speeds.

@StormFiberPK An old customer here. When are you coming to Bahria Town & Bahria Orchard Lahore? Three years ago your staff assured me that agreements with BTL are ongoing and it'd be a matter of months.
There's a huge community here waiting for more & better internet providers.

Both bands are part of the service I pay for. The remarks of your staff and their inability to understand this problem is disappointing. It's fiber GPON, 2.4GHz does give 80-90+ Mbps normally.

Kindly resolve this urgently.

I have tried to resolve this on my own without any help from PTCL. I tried different channels, changed settings, and optimized everything possible — but the issue remains.
Ping is not the only thing that matters. High latency during downloads & uploads is affecting my usage.
