And the implications could be enormous.

In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court allowed the Trump administration to move forward with key portions of Executive Order 14399 while the legal fight continues. The order creates something we have never seen at this scale in a federal election.

States would provide lists identifying voters authorized to receive mail ballots.

USPS would use those lists when processing ballot mail.

Think about what that could mean in practice.

A state says who is eligible.

A record exists showing who was issued a mail ballot.

The ballot enters the postal system with a unique identifier.

The return ballot can be tracked against the same election infrastructure.

That creates an auditable chain that did not previously exist in this form.

Could this eliminate every form of election interference?

No system can guarantee that.

But theoretically, it could close several vulnerabilities at once by making it substantially harder for unauthorized ballots to enter the mail stream without creating a record.

That is why this case matters far beyond the phrase “mail-in voting.”

This is about voter qualification, ballot issuance, ballot custody and verification.

It could fundamentally change how mail ballots are accounted for before, during and after a federal election.

There is still another injunction and additional litigation pending, so this fight is not finished. The Supreme Court also has not yet decided the broader constitutional question of how far presidential authority can extend into election administration. https://t.co/sw2PbTPe4D

But as of August 24, the administration has cleared one of its biggest legal obstacles.

If this system survives the remaining challenges and operates as intended, the 2026 midterms could become the first federal election conducted under a radically different mail-ballot verification structure.

For anyone studying election integrity, that is the part worth watching.

🔻 THE PHARMA REP WHO SAW THE LIST.

"I sold cancer drugs for 11 years. I made $340,000 a year convincing doctors to prescribe treatments I knew didn't work. Then one night, I saw the list. And I understood everything."

I was a senior sales representative for one of the top three pharmaceutical companies in the world. I won't name them yet. My lawyers are still working on my protection agreement under the Executive Order.

My job was simple: visit oncologists, buy them dinners, take them to conferences, and make sure they prescribed our chemotherapy drugs over the competitors. I was good at it. Top 1% nationally for seven consecutive years.

I never questioned it. The drugs had FDA approval. The doctors trusted me. The patients trusted them. The system worked — for everyone except the patients.

In November 2024, I was at a private dinner in Manhattan with three executives from my company. We had closed a $1.2 billion hospital network contract. Champagne. Cigars. The usual.

One of the executives left his phone on the table when he went to the bathroom. A notification popped up. It was an encrypted message. The preview read:

"Updated K-List attached. 2,847 names added this quarter. Confirm receipt."

I didn't touch the phone. But I remembered the term. K-List.

Over the next three months, I quietly asked around. Most people had never heard of it. But one senior colleague — a man who had been with the company for 30 years — went pale when I mentioned it.

He pulled me into a stairwell and said:

"The K-List is the kill list. It's every patient whose insurance profile makes them more profitable dead than alive. Long-term treatment patients who are about to hit their coverage cap. If they die before the cap, the company collects the full treatment cycle payment. If they live past it, the insurance stops paying and we lose money."

I said: "Are you telling me we let people die for billing optimization?"

He said: "We don't let them die. We make sure the treatment doesn't work well enough to save them. The dosing protocols are calibrated. Not to kill. Just to not cure."

I went home that night and threw up for an hour.

2,847 names added in one quarter. Four quarters a year. For how many years?

The math is simple. And the math is murder.

I resigned in January 2025. I took nothing with me except what I remembered. But when Executive Order 2026-1947 was signed, I contacted a lawyer. The NDA protections are dissolving. The whistleblower provisions are active.

I am one of dozens preparing to testify.

The pharmaceutical industry doesn't just suppress cures. It engineers death on a schedule. And every single executive knows it.

The K-List is real. The names on it are real. And in 34 days, the world will see it.

I wonder if it was being called a traitor at his own rally yesterday that caused him to dictate his lies and insult laden attack on Tucker, Thomas, and I, while he flew back on the plane.
It’s also the bad polling that I’m sure he’s seen by now.

He attacks us with such vitriol because we actually are everything he claimed to be, conservative and America First, and he has proven as President that he is nothing more than a neocon puppet for Israel, corporations, big donors with special interests, and his dear friends in the Epstein class.

We never changed, Trump did.

Thomas and I have some of the most conservative America focused voting records and legislative work in the House of Representatives. We both consistently voted against funding foreign countries and foreign wars. There is nothing liberal or Democrat about us, however we gladly worked with Democrats to release the Epstein files and to our shock had to fight President Trump, who instead ordered everyone to stop us. This is why Trump now calls me a traitor because instead of bowing down to him like some false little god, I stood up and fought for women who were raped as teenagers and abused by the richest most powerful men in the world, friends of Donald Trump. I’m proud to have done it and never ever regret it.

Tucker is beloved by many Americans, so many that he is indeed a serious Presidential contender because he consistently leans in to the truth and bravely tells the stories that mainstream news refuses to cover yet most Americans are interested in. Because of Tucker’s strength and leadership, young men adore Tucker and look up to him, and they now think Trump is an old fraud.

Young people are our future and we believe in fighting for them and the important issues that help them build successful prosperous lives.

We are strongly against replacing American’s jobs with the foreign visas Trump and his admin support, their place in college that Trump ensures goes to 600,000 foreign students from China and other countries, and we are adamantly against sending off our best and brightest to be killed in war in foreign lands for foreign causes and foreign interests that does nothing for America.

But the most important thing I can tell you about us is that we are devoted Christians and Trump is not a Christian at all.

My dear friends, Tucker and Thomas both have led me in prayer to the Lord our God, in the name of His one and only son our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. They are my brothers in Christ.

Donald Trump never once prayed with me and only recognizes God when it’s in his staff written speeches. Most Americans don’t know what religion he is, if any, but many speculate that he is Jewish or Kabbalah if he is anything at all.

President Trump’s demeanor, name calling, absurd and reckless rhetoric is unbecoming of the office of the president, is a bad example of leadership, and is hurting America’s reputation and place in the world. At this point, he’s no different than an internet troll or one of the many millions of bots that say awful horrible things.

In the past, I supported him because of the policies he professed to support and passionately campaigned on, but now as president he’s been revealed to be the Trojan horse who enforces many of the policies he claimed to be against.

I’m sorry I didn’t see it earlier and wish I had never supported him.

My biggest concern remains that as Donald Trump loses power and influence he will turn more and more towards war and take actions to make himself feel more powerful and in control, as he grasp and clings to the Oval Office.

Hopefully I’m wrong.

Because of this, I will continue to pray for President Trump to humble himself in the eyes of the Lord and turn to God with sincere faith and repentance for his sins in order to be the president and leader that America needs.
