Helping at the start and having a few staff (marshals) on a mountain isn’t exactly delivering the race. Good on ya but your wording and up selling is WAY off

@birminghamcg22 the security at the swimming last night was abysmal. Anyone just walking in. I was treated like 💩 by Supervisor and Group Leader (who where a joke) as a volunteer I won’t be coming back. Worst experience ever

As a volunteer I was not treated well. My supervisor & group leader were an absolute joke. I’ve now cancelled all my shifts, as have others 🤬
