@FedExOffice I can't imagine what had happened with fedex service in UK. It is below par. Your drivers don't arrive to deliver and say that they tried but no one was at home. Delivery delayed for 3 days or I have to make a journey for more than 1 hr to collect my package.

@emirates has pathetic customer service. I had a claim which has been approved by their team but no one has actioned it yet. On top of that they don't even respond. I have talked with multiple team members and I am disappointed. I am now looking into taking legal action.
