@Fensmarken@LoL_Juni@jdotb I don't think a hardcap is needed, because I don't think it'd cause the issue you're presenting. I just brought it up as a way to put your mind at ease.
@Fensmarken@LoL_Juni@jdotb Tanks already got a bunch of utility to help out their group. Problem is that it's just not fun to do so little dps.
Also another example. Look at CN. Venthyr Prot Paladin was doing close to the same dps as a real dps but you still didn't drop dpsers.
@Fensmarken@LoL_Juni@jdotb Yes. But you never dropped a DPS spot for a healer because tanks could cover the lost dps
So tanks doing close to the same dps as dpsers rn wouldn't mean you'd only bring tanks
If your concern is that it'll lead to tank stacking, they make it so u can't bring more than X amount
@psybearslat Hmm, what you mean by content? I'm excited every new patch to progress raids with my friends. Not necessarily the raids that gets me excited, but the idea of playing with my mates. So Sanctum of Domination for me I guess.
@Lazelsama I was searching for a grp to kill Sylvanas with on my alt last week. I found only 1 grp that wasn't a boost advertisement out of like 20-30.
@Ferraburnheart@BellularGaming Artifact weapons, 2x legendaries, tier set bonuses, extremely powerful trinkets and the netherlight crucible.
Not to mention some specs have been reworked like Shadow Priest. I highly doubt they're gonna let you play as the Legion iteration of Shadow Priest in the mage tower.
@Ferraburnheart@BellularGaming Difference is that your spec isn't completely dependent on borrowed power to function in FF14 like it is in WoW.
We're not being scaled down to the power level we used to be at. We're re-doing the same content with a fraction of the abilities we had back in Legion.
@ashvstheworld_ @Syzabtv In FF14 you get brought back to how powerful your class was at that time.
With this system we wont have any of the Legion borrowed power systems that made up our class. So we'll be weaker than we were back then. Reworked specs aren't changed to the old iteration either.
