@taylorswift13 has built a successful online personality for a singer/performer. She interacts with her fans daily, even incorporating a viral trend on TikTok into her concert 💗 Even though she has faced the 'cancel culture', she still overcomes the backlash! #MakingSocialMedia

This is something they proudly share online to inspire others to "not care" and "be yourself". On TikTok, where the majority of users are teenagers, there are conflicting views and criticism of every trend that it serves to turn young users into suckers for fame.

[hanakhue @hanakhuechic]

Media portrayals of youth are skewed towards the negative, giving the general public an inaccurate impression of young people's character and outlook. #makingsocialmedia

[hanakhue @hanakhuechic]

TV shows like "Euphoria" and "Project X" which are currently popular only add to the stereotype that youth are only interested in having sexual relationships, using drugs and alcohol, using abusive language, and not attending classes.
