I’ve seen a lot of discourse around the twixxel situation and now that I do finally have twitter and use it, I’m gonna say something (because I’m black and actually have a say).

They are not saying “oh yes Twixxel! You can use the slur or even worst stuff, we know you didn’t mean it!! :3”, they are saying “your apology has been acknowledged by the community but we still forgive you and want to see change.” Atleast that’s my understanding.
