This international women’s day I am grateful for a church / leadership that FULLY sees & recognizes women.

In a similar vein, by the end of the month our next gen team will have written around 150 thank you cards to volunteers. That is a LOT of people investing in the next generation!

if your children's ministry person is volunteer, PT or FT, do something to bless them this week. They're coordinating dozens of other peoples schedules every single week to ensure that kids have people who show up for them & care about them week after week. They're rockstars.

But thankfully we serve a God who has the grace to take each of his children into account so that his kingdom comes in the lives of people we minister to whether or not we are correct on the amount of whatever X is. 💯

Sometimes in ministry you meet with someone who says “this program doesn’t have enough of X” and then you meet someone else not 10 mins later who says “this same program has too much of X”. It’s a good reminder that we will never please everyone 😅
