@support_co15605 I tried to cancel a reservation well in advance of the date allowed for cancellation. I don’t have a confirmation email, so I don’t have the confirmation number or pin. The AI “help” would not give me a real person to talk to so I was charged for a stay I could not cancel!
@VivekSh45907674@bookingcom Absolutely true! I tried to cancel a reservation and I did not have my confirmation email, thus I did not have the info the AI guru wanted. Could never get a real person. Was charged for a stay that I desperately tried to cancel well in advance of the stay date. Unreal.
