@fionaderulo Your girl has had bursitis flares in her hips for 14 years. I take Advil if it’s bad, Aleve if it’s really bad, and I’ve been prescribed meloxicam if it’s a nightmare. But when it’s insane, I go into some really deep deep stretches and hold them until I get relief (~1-2 hours)
