@RoyalMailHelp my parcel has been sitting at Chelmsford MC since 06:57 yesterday morning. I need it by tomorrow at the latest - which will be 4 working days. Why is it just siting there? Chatting to a customer service advisor, after 45 minutes hold, was no help.
