@AFL Brisbane want to help Coleman out but they wanted fair value. Hopefully it works out better for all.
Brisbane should have picks 21, 27, 28, 79, 97. Picks 21 and 27 will be absorbed for the academy player and their most interesting selection will be pick 28.

preface: that mega trade, from the website I use to get info was hard to follow for 2027 picks so apologies if missed one or two in that year
@AllEssendon Sydney doesn’t want to trade him. He’s all Australian, he’s relatively young and not injury prone. I can’t imagine why they would accept that. Whitfield or Himmelberg would be bargain buys.
@aflratings_GM I’m guessing GWS want a ruck/forward (HVH) and using Whitfield to trade up plus have enough points for Ethan Matthews. It’s a bold strategy, let’s see if it pays off!
The five changes from Brisbane's 2025 Grand Final team:
• In: Allen, Berry, Draper, Hipwood, McKenna
• Out: Ah Chee, Marshall, McInerney, Reville, Starcevich
Few examples of how easy it is to see that contracts don't mean anything and signing someone up on long term deals generally works out for the worst...
♻️ 4/6 of these players currently play for another club ⬇️
⏰⏳⌛️ 1/6 is basically gone & the other looks set to play footy elsewhere.
"For life" & long contracts are extremely fraudulant.
