@CapitalOne when I make a payment, and it shows as authorized on your account.. there is ZERO reason to hold my money for 7 days.. If I make a payment, you should release my money as soon as it posts.. Your making people lives much more difficult with your "holds"

After making on time payments for 5 or more years @CapitalOne has ligety held my money the past 3 payments, with the most recent stranding me with money, because they held my money. Now I may need to switch credit companies.. #change

@FogelmanProp why is there a property manager that constantly threatens to kick me out of my apartment for reporting people in violation of their lease.. Linda at Ansley at Robert's lake has consistently threatened me and my wife instead of making sure people follow rules.
