Is there a problem with your Customer Services phone line? 50 mins on hold only to be disconnected when answered. I rang back, waited 37 mins to be answered and then disconnected again. I have a tracked item that is in the US when it should be in Australia!

@LewishamLTN What a telling snapshot of who this LTN benefits. ‘Our kind of people’? We have to work on a healthy environment for ALL ....not just push the pollution and traffic chaos onto surrounding roads. This is not a win for everyone.

@SadiqKhan LTNs may well reduce road accidents because there is less traffic but what about on the A roads the displaced traffic is pushed onto? Rather disingenuous research.
