Moses asked God for two things.
God said no to both.
Then Moses died.
Fifteen hundred years later, on a mountain in Galilee, God answered both prayers in front of three terrified fishermen.
Most Christians read this story every year and miss it completely.
Here is what they miss.
Prayer one. Moses asked to see God's face.
"And he said, Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, and live." (Exodus 33:20)
No.
Prayer two. Moses asked to cross into the Promised Land.
"Get thee up into the top of Pisgah... but thou shalt not go over this Jordan." (Deuteronomy 3:27)
No.
Moses dies on the mountain. Buried by God Himself. End of story.
Except it wasn't.
The Mount of Transfiguration. Christ pulls back the veil. His face shines as the sun. And who shows up standing next to Him?
Moses.
"And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him." (Matthew 17:3)
In the Promised Land. Looking at the face of God in the flesh.
Both prayers. Granted.
Not on Moses's timeline. Not through Moses's law. Through the Son.
The no was not rejection. It was redirection.
Every prayer God seems to deny, He is answering through Christ. The Mount of Transfiguration is the receipt.
The face. The land. The healing. The marriage. The vindication.
He is not closing the door.
He is telling you which door.
Through Christ. Or not at all.
Moses found out.
So will you.

Jesus & the Apostles said Satan is a murderer, liar, slanderer and accuser who seeks to steal, kill and destroy. We had a murder, then lies, slander and accusations seeking to destroy an innocent widow @MrsErikaKirk and TPUSA. And people don't believe in the demonic? Please pray for Erika.
In an interview with Chuck Swindoll in 2015, Joni Eareckson Tada explained an unexpected desire involving her wheelchair, which she has been confined to as a quadriplegic since 1967:
"...I do hope that I can take my wheelchair to Heaven with me. I know that's not theologically correct, but if I could, I would put it right there. And I'd be standing in my new glorified body right here, and I'd be holding the hand of Jesus, and I would feel those nail prints in His palm.
And I will say, 'Thank you,' and I know He'll know I mean it, because He will have recognized me as the woman who came to Him every single morning, hemorrhaging human strength: 'I need you, Jesus, desperately.'
And I will say to Him, 'Jesus, you were so right when You said that in this world we would have trouble. That thing was a lot of trouble, but the weaker I was on that thing, the harder I leaned on You. And the harder I leaned on You, the stronger I just discovered You to be. And I'm just so grateful that You gave me the privilege of knowing You as not only my Man of Sorrows, but the Lord of Joy, Rock of Gibraltar, real Joy.
Thank you, Jesus. And now, if you want, you can send that thing to Hell. Woohoo! Get it outta here!'"

If you are a Christian woman caught up in this, you need to do some serious soul searching right now. Ask yourself, what purpose does this serve? How does this glorify God?
This isn't about worshiping Erika Kirk or claiming she is perfect. None of us are. It's about defending a widow who is under vicious and slanderous demonic attack. Think about her children. Think about her parents. Think about Charlie's family! God himself is "protector of widows." (Psalm 68:5) and part of what it means to do justice as a Christian is to defend and care for widows. (Isaiah 1:17; Jeremiah 22:3; James 1:27).
If you are a Christian woman caught up in this, I tell you with love as a sister in Christ, you need to repent.
