This is one of those situations when you lost but still won. I’m grateful for last night. No regrets to get in ring one last time.
I almost died in June. Had 8 blood transfusions. Lost half my blood and 25lbs in hospital and had to fight to get healthy to fight so I won.
To have my children see me stand toe to toe and finish 8 rounds with a talented fighter half my age in front of a packed Dallas Cowboy stadium is an experience that no man has the right to ask for. Thank you 🙏

Why can’t the GFA President just resign over this? I was in Egypt in 2019 when the host got kicked out in the round of 16. The Egyptian FA President quit along with his entire Exco. This GFA has supervised the worst period in Black Stars history and are still in power. Can’t you see you are not capable of fixing the problem? You have no ideas left. You are clueless. Your ideas have simply not worked. You had 3 chances, blew them all. After Afcon 2019, you couldn’t fix the problem and put up an even worst performance in the next Afcon in Cameroon. Then after that, we thought it couldn’t possible be worse, but somehow it was, you gave us another low in Côte d’Ivoire. After that, you had another chance to fix the problem and you’ve managed to spectacularly fail again. My conclusion is that you’re simply not good enough. Leave and let another person come and do the job. Where’s your own personal integrity? Don’t you have standards? Is this the standard you’re used to? Reflect on this - how are you comfortable being in power after churning out this shitshow?
Colonel Muammar Gaddafi was a patriot who uplifted Libya and advocated for Africa’s unity and independence.
He used oil wealth to provide free healthcare, education, and housing, raising Libyans' standard of living.
His Pan-African vision sought to unite African nations against Western influence, even proposing a gold-backed African currency.
He supported independence movements worldwide, challenging Western powers.
To many people in Africa and the Arab world, he is a hero.
WHY SHOULD YOU #VOTEWISELY ⁉️
During one of (Quality Health Africa) @teamqha 's outreaches last year in the Eastern region, we delved deeper into some of the most remote areas in Ghana.
The lack of development and Inequitable access to the development in some of these rural areas is quiet troubling. Sitting in Accra give paint a very misleading picture about the current affairs and plight of the people.
People in this village DO NOT have access to electricity, water roads , hospital and school. They have to commute about 7 miles on foot through these muddy bushes to attend school and hospital daily. Imagine if there's a medical emergency.
Politicians have taken us for granted for far too long. Its about time we #VoteWisely for leaders whose actions and efforts have contributed significantly to bring access and reduce these hardships.

@OsagyefoNKB Nana Kwame Bediako Cheddar is all Ghana🇬🇭 needs, u can keep doing ur propaganda wid no evidence, if u take a bold step with him, GH will be okay in the next 4 years. Stop being a slave to ur political parties, ur loyalty must lie with national development not political parties.
Though I'm not physically present in Ghana, my heart and soul are with the courageous youth leading the peaceful demonstration against galamsey!
I stand in solidarity with the brave Ghanaian youth demanding action from our leaders to protect our precious water bodies and stop the destructive effects of galamsey.
Let us unite to preserve our nation's natural resources and ensure a sustainable future.
God bless our beloved homeland, Ghana!
Arise, Ghana youth. 🇬🇭
