@MindyWishart In the film 'Julie and Julia', Julia Child (played by Meryl Streep) says it to her students, in relation to a less-than-perfect (but delicious-looking) Tarte Tatin. Acceptable usage, imo!
Perhaps @kewgardens or @RHSEducation can give me some pointers? If the book I'm reading is any indication, horticulture still has some way to go on this.

@jennifercobbe DVLA staff have been striking over lack of COVID safety at their processing centres, and their phone lines have seemingly been out of action for the past few weeks. Chatbot incredibly unhelpful, but apparently application status can be checked online (for non-paper apps).
