@Airbnb There were deer mice in the house I was staying at. No refund or help to find a new airbnb. We had to leave at 2 AM because we had children. Deer mice carry the hantavirus which is INCURABLE. The house owner knew about the mice and airbnb customer service VERY UNHELPFUL

I never ever complain on social media. But this is OUTRAGEOUS. I would never recommend @Airbnb to anyone. It's like they are saying they don't care we could have gotten an incurable virus and won't even give a refund. We have been on the phone for the past 5 hours!
