The Azteca stadium is 2200 miles above sea level. ENG players have 4 days to acclimatize & overcome the headaches, exhaustion, & fatigue. MEX have lost 2 games there in the last 60 yrs- last one in ‘18. Extremely hostile atmosphere. Will be tough.
